Bishop Arnold Muwonge is driven by a vision to build connected ecosystems that inspire hope, transform lives, and strengthen communities through faith, innovation, education, and sustainable enterprise. He believes that true transformation does not end in the sanctuary but must flow into the community, where faith is expressed through caring for the vulnerable, strengthening families, advancing education, providing healthcare, creating opportunities, and building sustainable institutions that serve generations.
As the Founder and Executive Director of NDE-Network & Destiny Africa, he has pioneered an ecosystem approach to community transformation, bringing together mission-driven organisations that integrate education, healthcare, STEM and innovation, enterprise, performing arts, leadership development, and mentorship to create lasting social impact.
A passionate social entrepreneur, minister, and leader, Arnold believes that sustainable transformation is achieved not through isolated projects but through connected ecosystems that empower individuals, strengthen families, and enable communities to flourish.
